– 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
– Cup Sunflower Seeds 1/4 Cup
– Cup Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 Cup
– 1/4 Coconut oil
– 12 pieces Medjool Dates
– Shredded Coconut flakes
