Are you getting tired of eating plain cold salad all the time ? I love Chinese style stir-fry vegetables. They are flavorful and healthy. I can eat a giant plate of stir-fry vegetables everydy. If I am not in the mood of cooking the vegetables and would make the Asian style vegetable salad. It is simple and healthy and usually only needs few ingredients and they are all natural. A Asian style Asparagus Salad is one of my favorites.
I am sharing one of my favorite and simple salad, using asparagus, carrots, garlic and ginger. You can substitute asparagus for broccoli or any collard greens. Please see the video and the ingredients below.

Ingredients :
– 1 lb of asparagus (you can use brocolis)
– 1/2 Carrots
– 1/2 oz ginger
– 5 pieces garlic
Equipment
– Large Bowl for mixing
– Cooking pot with 4 cups of water
– Simple Stovetop or portable stove top
– Spatula or mixing chopstick
