Merit Beauty Shade Slick Tinted Lip Oil
I’ve been using Merit Beauty products for few month now, and I find myself using their Shade Slick Tinted Lip Oil frequently. I carry one in my purse, one next to my laptop and one in my Gym jacket; you see how easy these little lip oil integrated in my daily life. 🙂 The Shade slick is so comfortable on my lips, that I want to slowly add all the shades to my collection. I have 4 shades now, Pink Beet, Marrakech, Taupe and Sangria, and I’m happy to share my review & swatches with you today.
What it is
These Tinted Lip oil is somewhere between an oil and a light stain, this lip tint was made for whenever and wherever. Repeated use helps to maintain natural moisture levels in lips over time.
What it does
Merit Beauty includes a few key ingredients in the shade slick that’s benefit and nourish your lips:
Rosehip oil and omega 3, 6 and 9 essential fatty acids encourage healthy barrier function and provide antioxidant benefits. In addition, Shea butter and grapeseed oils condition and soften lips. Jojoba oil creates a protective barrier to help to lock in moisture

MERIT Shade Slick Swatches & Review
I picked up 4 shades of Shade Slick :Pink Beet, Marrakech, Taupe and Sangria, and I love all the shades.
The color is sheer but buildable, especially in more pigmented shades like Pink Beet & Sangria. I like how the formula applies on lips, it is smooth and really comfortable. It does not perform like greasy or sticky lip gloss. These tinted lip oil actually provide a layer of soft shine on lips, feels like lip balm but not sticky at all and they are fragrance free.
