Valentine’s Day Gift Idea Skincare Guide
Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Water
Bioderma has different type of Micellar water and this Sensibio Micellar water is my My favorite makeup remover. I like to keep this Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Water in stock in my vanity. It is very gentle, non-rinse for sensitive and intolerant skin. It removes my makeup really well including the waterproof mascara. It also comes in different sizes, from small travel sizes to a 500ml bottle. The price is reasonably range from USD4.99 to USD14.99 per bottle.
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser
This gentle cleanser from La Roche-Posay is my favorite cleanser during winter to spring season. When the season is changing, my skin tends to be really sensitive and I can’t use regular facial cleaner that often. This Gentle cleanser is the perfect solution for the situation. The texture is milky cream and gentle on the skin. I love to massage my face to remove any makeup and just rinse it off. If I wear heavier makeup I will use the micellar water to remove the makeup first. It retails from USD 11.99 to USD 14.99 depends on the size option.

Kiehls offers promotion frequently like 25% off or buy one get one free promo.
In the evening, I switch to Common Heir 10% Vitamin C Serum. (USD88 with 60 capsules) I prefer to use it in the evening because the texture is like face oil without making my face feeling weighted. It is formulated with a concentrated and deeply-penetrating blend of vitamin C THD, and other ingredients known for their brightening properties including licorice root and marshmallow root extracts, this facial treatment has been clinically proven to brighten skin and improve it’s texture. The texture is light weight and easy to absorb, so it doesn’t give me a slimy feeling like other Hyaluronic acid serum. It has a slight lavender scent that gives a refreshing feeling.

Sunscreen should be considered into the skincare routine. It helps to prevent sun damaging and provide protection for our skin. I’ve tried a few sunscreen on the market, and really love EltaMD Sunscreen. There are two EltaMd Sunscreen that I use in my routine.
EltaMd UV Physical Broad-Spectrum SPF 41 Tinted Sunscreen – This is my go to sunscreen when I don’t want to wear foundation. This tinted sunscreen is a physical sunscreen that I love to wear it when I am outdoor. It does not block my pore and I can reapply this sunscreen frequently.
EltaMd Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 – This is my everyday essential. I love how lightweight this sunscreen is. It gets absorbed to my skin quickly and doesn’t leave a white cast on my face. I can layer my foundation on top and it won’t pilling up any flakes. I like to purchase this at dermstore.com or skinstore.com as they usually run the promotion on their website.
