SQUALANE
Plant-based emollient known to prevent moisture loss and restore skin’s suppleness and flexibility.
GUAVA LEAF EXTRA (PSIDIUM GUAJAVA LEAF EXTRACT)
Contains many beneficial compounds to help support healthy looking skin.
MAGNOLIA BAR EXTRACT (MAGNOLIA OFFICINALIS BARK EXTRACT)
Known for its skin calming properties, helps to reduce skin redness and prevents premature signs of aging.
The Packaging and Price
The Lid Lustre is housed in a beautiful Victoria Beckham’s signature Tortoise pattern glass jar, and each jar comes with a removable disc which helps to preserve the creamy powder. It retails at USD 36.
The Shades
There are total eight shades includes two limited holiday shades (Chiffon & Mirror)
I purchased three shades of her lid lustre: Tea Rose, Mink and new holiday shade Chiffon. I was really impressed with the formulation and performance. The pigmentation of these three shades are as the official website states that contains over 60% pearlescent pigments which looks like micro glitter on eyelids. It doesn’t irritate my eyes nor any fall-outs.
Tea Rose
Tea Rose is a warm rose gold with gold and violet pearl infused with Rose Quartz which is known to promote love, friendship, inner healing and peace.
My thought : I immediately love Tea Rose lid lustre upon first application, the color is so easy to wear and it cane be built up with multiple layers. I love how the warm rose gold and violet pearl infused rose quartz combined to give a soft warm eye look without being too deep.
Mink
Mink is taupe brown with mix of gold and silver pearl and infused with Tigers Eye which is known as the gemstone of courage, strength and personal power.
My thought : This is the deepest shade of the three colors I picked up. I was actually amazed by the color pay-off with first initial swipe. Mink has great expansive pigmentation and the color cane be blended to a lighter taupe brown. I prefer to use mink closer to my lash lines to add more depth.
Chiffon
Chiffon is a reflective champagne with gold and multicolor pearl. Infused with Clear Quartz, which is known to amplify energy, thought and aid concentration.
My thought : A beautiful holiday launch from Victoria Beckham Beauty along with the shade Mirror. Chiffon compliments the other two shades so well, that it adds a beautiful highlight effect for the eyes look.
I love all three shades here, and I plan on discover more shades from Victoria Beckham Beauty. These lid lustr might be second favorite product line from her. My favorite Victoria Beckham Beauty item is her Posh Lipsticks and I will share the shades I have in the future.
