Spicy Stir Fry Squid
A quick and easy stir fry squid dish with great spicy savory flavor

- 1 Squid
- 2 Stalks Celery Cut in bite sizes
- 2 Bunches Green onion or leek (about 1/2 cup) chop in small pieces, save some for garnish at the end
- 2 Slices Ginger Julienned
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 1 Tbsp Sake or cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Dry seasoning mix
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp White Pepper
Prepare the squid
Slice texture on cleaned squid and cut in bite size
Poach the squid in boiling water for about 30 seconds
Strain the squid and set a side
Start cooking in a medium frying pan
1 Tbsp cooking oil in the pan under medium heat
Add green onions, ginger, minced garlic cook until aroma comes out
Add the poached squid
Add sake, soy sauce and stir everything evenly
Add the dry seasoning mix in the pan, mix well
Stir everything until turning brown, then it's done!!
